With creativity, field experience, and technological capacity, Fiocruz's Institutional Platform for Wildlife and Health, relied on the participation of society, communities, health professionals, and various agencies, and on the use of digital technology as an innovative solution for obtaining quality, georeferenced data and to support the National Health Surveillance System and national Biodiversity conservation policies in the surveillance of zoonotic emergencies. 

The Wildlife Health Information Center – CISS is a virtual space dedicated to the topic of wildlife and human health in service of consolidating knowledge, actions, and policies that, together, can strengthen the conservation of Brazilian biodiversity, the improvement of human health, and of all species.
